Second I think it also tells us a lot about what FMTY is going to be like- Sisyphus, as well as Alone Together and Live Like This have all had absolutely gorgeous production Quadeca is an unbelievably talented producer and I think were going to see the same in the rest of the tracks with this album which im really looking forward to as AT, LLL and now Sisyphus are my fave quad songs.įinally as we know when Sisyphus is in the tracklist it says a lot about the tone of the album, I think there’s definitely going to be a lot of emphasis on this ‘climb’ and how Quadeca is represented as Sisyphus, kinda similar to how in Igor Tyler the Creator represents himself as IGOR and the title track introduces him. So obviously Sisyphus just dropped and I really wanna talk about it.įirst off I quite get the vibe that Sisyphus was always meant to be released as a single- its pretty self contained and just the style of it in general it stands on its on quite well, all in all I think it was great to release before FMTY I like his flows and I find the lyrics to be very tasteful and almost poetic to be honest.
